Facilities and Services
Chi Spa is fitted with six spa suites. Open between 11:00 am and 8:00 pm, it provides a range of Japanese spa therapies personalized according to the guest’s elemental sign, such as a Chi massage or Kisetsu therapy.
On Level 29, the Health Club has a 24-hour gym, a heated 20-metre indoor pool, a hot whirlpool bath and male and female sauna facilities. The pool and changing rooms are open between 6:30 am and 9:00 pm.
Level 27 at the Shangri-La Hotel Tokyo is entirely dedicated to events and accommodates 300 guests. It hosts the Shangri-La Ballroom and three function rooms.
The Boutique is a chandelier-lit shop selling artistic sweets created by the hotel’s professional chefs.

Location and Transportation
Shangri-La Hotel Tokyo is a one-minute walk from the Nihombashi Exit at Tokyo Station.
From Narita International Airport, an airport limousine bus departs from Terminal 1 or 2 and reaches the hotel within 90 minutes. By train, the Narita Express takes 60 minutes to reach Tokyo Station.
From Haneda Airport, an airport limousine bus takes 40 minutes to reach Tokyo Station. The Tokyo Monorail takes 30 minutes, including a transfer to the JR Yamanote Line to Tokyo Station at Hamamatsucho station.
The hotel is also convenient for local transportation. The JR Lines at Tokyo Station is a one to two-minute walk from the hotel. For the subway, the hotel is a two-minute walk from the Otemachi Metro station, which connects to the Tozai Line, Marunouchi Line, Hanzomon Line, Chiyoda Line and Toei Mita Line.
